These Terms govern your use of the Stay WA platform operated by the platform owner as merchant of record.
Bookings, payments and refunds are handled per the cancellation policy shown on each listing. The platform collects guest payments and disburses host and vendor payouts net of fees.
Hosts warrant they hold the right to list a property and adequate insurance. Vendors warrant valid insurance and trade licences. Guests agree to the house rules of each property.
