What is SERR?
The Sharing Economy Reporting Regime requires platforms like Stay WA to report information about hosts who earn income through the platform to the Australian Taxation Office. If your listing is in Australia, SERR applies to you.
What you should do
Add your ABN in Settings so your income is reported correctly. Keep records of your earnings (your host earnings summary helps), and consult a tax professional about income tax and GST obligations.
